Crossfit is a strength and conditioning program designed to increase physical ability across a wide range of movements and durations. The objective of the Crossfit method is a fitness that applies to as many different situations as possible. It deliberately avoids specialization, instead focusing on general physical preparedness.
At Crossfit we regularly run, jump, push, pull, throw, balance, hang, press, and a host of other movements. Our workouts range from two to forty minutes long. We rarely do the same workout twice which means it never gets boring and you never stop improving.
As important, we are a community of people ranging from elite sodiers and athletes to grandmas and grandpas, all of whom are committed to accountability, progress, and meaningful results.
