Crossfitness Kickboxing is high intensity workout combining the functional movements of everyday life with dynamic techniques borrowed from traditional martial arts. This fast paced workout is a great way gain confidence , get in shape and stay fit.
Though Pinnacle Martial Art’s Crossfitness Kickboxing does not involve physical contact between students, it has been used to in part to train Traditional, and Mixed Martial Artists as well as CrossFit competitors, and sparring time is reserved upon request.

When you participate a kickboxing workout, you begin by challenging yourself in the CrossFit, “Workout of the Day.” These exercises are focused around strength and conditioning all while improving overall body function. Then, cut loose and practice, ‘the ‘ol one-two,” in the Kickboxing portion of the class. Its this unique blend of constantly varied, CrossFit, with the dynamic techniques of kickboxing that makes Crossfitness Kickboxing such an effective, complete, program.
